Delete your data

Two ways, and you can use both.

Delete it yourself, right now

V.E.Y.R is self-hosted: your Instagram connection, audience data and automation logs live on your own instance, not on our servers.

  1. In V.E.Y.R: open Creator, go to Connected accounts and disconnect the account. The stored token and synced content are removed and all processing stops at once.
  2. Delete individual automations and their logs from Creator, Auto-DM.
  3. In Instagram: Settings, Apps and websites, remove V.E.Y.R. Instagram then sends us an automated deletion request, answered with a confirmation code you can check here.

Ask us to delete it

For anything we hold for you (the connection we keep so Instagram can reach your instance), send a request. We act on it and confirm to you.
