V.E.Y.R ("we", "the app") provides self-hosted social-media automation for content creators, including Instagram comment-to-direct-message automation via the official Meta Graph API. This policy explains what we access, why, and your choices.
V.E.Y.R is self-hosted: your access tokens, audience data, automation logs and analytics are stored on your own instance, under your control. We do not centrally collect, sell, or share your audience data or messages. Access tokens are stored privately and are never exposed by the app's read endpoints.
Only to operate the automations and features you explicitly configure. Sending a message, replying to a comment, or posting always requires an automation you set up plus per-account authorization and rate/permission gating - connecting an account never implies automatic sending.
Disconnecting an account removes its stored token from your instance. You may delete automations, logs, and connected accounts at any time from the app. Because the app is self-hosted, deleting the data on your instance removes it.
To request deletion of data associated with your account, disconnect the account in the app (which
removes its token and stops all processing), or contact the operator of your instance. For the vendor
app, use net.dcstechsolutions.ca/data-deletion or email
[email protected]. When you remove the app from Instagram, Meta's automated data-deletion
request is handled at the same /data-deletion endpoint and returns a confirmation code.
We use the official Meta / Instagram Graph API. We do not scrape, and we do not sell personal data.
